Conference "Post-Genome Methods of Analysis in Biology and Laboratory and Clinical Medicine"

The conference will take place on October 29 - November 1, 2014 in Kazan. The organizers are Kazan Federal University, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation and Russian Foundation for Basic Research. The program includes over 100 talks. Bioinformatics and metagenomics are among the topics. Two talks regarding Russian Metagenome project will presented: "Assessing sources of gut microbiota antibiotic resistance" (Alexeev D., RIPCM) and "System approach to identifying role of Enterobacterieacea in Crohn's Disease" (Tyakht A., RIPCM).
